I am an HR professional with over 40 years of knowledge and experience across the complete HR spectrum. I have been an HR Director for around 20 years with American, European and Indian MNC's. Have been providing my expertise since 2014 as an HR Consultant to MSME's and doing special projects / Leadership assessments for large corporations as well.

Qualifications
Masters in Human Resources from the Xavier Institute of Social Service ( XISS ) 1979.
