Worked in Hindustan Zinc Limited for 30 years in mining, extraction and EHS management in lead, zinc, tungsten and other minerals. Worked in various capacities in mineral beneficiation, smelting and as head of environment management. Worked in FIMI as CEO of Sustainable Mining Initiative, working towards sustainability in Indian mining industry. Currently working as independent environmental adviser.
