Sabyasachi has the experience of leading functions like IT and Marketing & Sales apart from HR. He has been with the RPSG group since 2007 and immediately before moving to the Group level assignment he was the Chief - HR & IT at PCBL. During this long stint he has been an integral part of the leadership team which spearheaded the transformation of PCBL Ltd. Before joining the group, he led the HR function of Berger Paints India and subsequently was the Director - HR (APAC) for Sherwin-Williams. Sabyasachi is a certified CEO coach and an Emotional Intelligence coach. He is also a Steering Committee member of IMI Delhi, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.
